

What is Dreamtime Wisdom?
Dreamtime Wisdom is knowledge and understanding that is passed down from generation to generation in Aboriginal culture. Dreaming is the word that describes how life came to be: it is the stories and beliefs behind creation. The Dreaming highlights the lore and ways of being in Aboriginal culture. The stories reflect the cultural rules and obligations Aboriginal people are expected to live by, within their culture. The Dreaming is about the past, the present and the future. Constantly evolving to explain events and changes today that effect peoples lives.
Our therapy practice is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. We offer personalised journey sessions that focus on each individual's unique needs and goals, helping them navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional wellbeing. We also offer group wellbeing classes, workshops and retreats too! Weaving the dreamtime wisdom into these empowering healing experiences.
Through my lineage of my grandfather on my fathers side of the family I have Wadawurrung lineage which I uncovered in 2020 while living on the Bellarine, western Victoria. I began to have memories come through that were not directly mine, they were my ancestors. Through reading books, available archived documents and walking on the land and connecting with the ancestors, I was able to find the missing pieces of the puzzle. By going through my own ancestry healing journey I am now able to hold space for others on a similar journey. The Wellbeing Warrior Walkabout Experience is fundamental to the awakening ofmemories and coming to peace with them. Come and sit with us around the campfire and connect with the whale totem of the record keeper of the Mother Earth.
